Three-times Vodafone Ghana Music Awards nominee, Donzy took over Ghana last year with well accepted Hiplife song, “Club” featuring Sarkodie and Piesie.
The song which became a street anthem last year first made it to the #1 spot on Adom 106.3 FM’s Airtel Chart Show hosted by Andy Dosty few weeks after it release and later made it to the ‘Hiplife song of the Year’ category of the 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

The DC Empire Boss is currently working on an Afro pop song “Heat away” with burgeoning silky vocalist, Spicer. The video being shot by prolific director Yaw Skyface at a beautiful location in Akosombo in the Eastern region will be released together with the audio in few weeks time.
According to Donzy, he has been waiting for the right time to serve his loyal fans and music lovers what they truly deserve from him as a musician this year and beyond. He also added that “Heart away” is not the regular Donzy kind song making him move out of his comfort zone.”
The song is carefully crafted to suit everybody’s interest.
Donzy is known for his major hit songs ‘Crusade’ and ‘Club’ and has performed on major stages across the country.
