The CEO of Zylofon Media Nana Appiah Mensah has reiterated the need for Ghanaians to support for the aims and objectives of objectives of Zylofon Media. The Creatives Arts Body which is located here in Accra and has offices in some of the regional in Ghana is mainly into the entertainment aspect. Signed to them are Kumi Guitar, Obibini, Joyce Blessing, Becca, StoneBwoy and the newest addition Shatta Wale. They have movie stars signed onto the label as well.
During the official unveiling of the dancehall King, Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM1 made mention of the need to let the world know the rich culture that Ghana has. “The competition is Ghana against the world. We are trying to sell the talents signed onto the label globally. They are Ghanaians and they will be portraying the Ghanaians values.
“Apart from the music talents, we want to have people outside the country for example in Afghanistan to seek the Ghanaian textile which are locally being produced like for example GTP and ATL. This will brining economic gains into the country. We at Zylofon Media are paying attention to the creative arts industry will bring loads of economic fortunes into the country. We believe in the dancehall king and the other artistes to help bring such revenue for economic gains.”
In the end, he was thankful for Shatta Wale accepting to join the Zylofon Family and what they are bringing into the music industry will definitely be worth it. Ghana’s entertainment industry will forever keep on growing.
