For those who thought soccer was the only thing that could fly the flag of Ghana high were totally startled when news of the sensational international performance by gospel artiste E-Rock began to make waves.
E-Rock, a young fast-rising Ghanaian gospel singer performed to an audience of over 20,000 at the Loveworld Convocation Arena in Lagos, Nigeria. The gospel crooner performed his yet-to-be released song “Necessity” at the annual global service of Christ Embassy Church. The service was the closing ceremony of the 4-day International Leaders’ Conference which was broadcast to millions of people at various viewing centers in over 100 countries worldwide.
The singer spotting a catchy turquoise jacket, exhibited maturity and serenaded the audience with a touching ministration. He had a warm reception which attracted a thunderous applause and a standing ovation. With a crème de la crème of gospel music ministers from countries like the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Canada etc, E-Rock ministered to many hearts in that auditorium to the glory of God. His touch of excellence in music which is fast gaining recognition on the international scene clearly shows the recent upgrade in the Ghana gospel music industry.
E-Rock is currently working on his debut album at the studios of the hit-making music producer, Genius Selection in Ghana. He has a single out titled “Church Dey Sweet” featuring award winning rapper Trigmatic which is enjoying considerable attention.
