Indonesia-Ghana Relations

Assuring the attendees of his role to further push for the Indonesia-Ghana agenda to the highest heights, Hon. Paskal A.B. Rois (Togbe Afrika) said he would work with the necessary quarters to push for more developmental projects to safeguard and improve on the better living condition of each and everyone.

“The cooperation between Indonesia and Ghana cannot be talked about without referring to the Bandung Conference in 1955 which was in fact the first Asian-African Conference to discuss peace and the role of the Third World in the Cold War, economic development, and decolonization to which Ghana, then Gold Coast, was a participant.

Consequently, two years after Ghana’s independence, these two great nations entered into diplomatic relations that have brought so much benefit, to both parties, in the areas of trade, education, social culture among others. Not too long ago, the Indonesian government granted KNB scholarships in diverse fields of study to a good number of youth in Ghana for which I am very thankful.”
