Ecxtreme LyricalWanzam born Wisam Hamza Suhyin, hails from Tamale and currently resides in Accra,Ghana.He is an official member of the rap group, Ghetto Reps, which comprises fellow label mate Looney the TKR, Boy Nash and Nova.
LyricalWanzam got into music as a kid after watching “some kids on TV” perform and he said to himself, ” I can do that too” . He has an wide range taste in music, genres ranging from Hip hop, rock, pop and jazz. As a kid growing up, Nas had a big influence on him as a musician, and till date his favourite musician is Nas.
In 2010, his group Ghetto Reps released the critically acclaimed “Behind Bar” Mixtape album which featured numerous established and upcoming artits such as Wanlov, Bra Kevin, Klu Monsta, Joey B just to mention a few with hit songs like “Queue, I don’t fear U, Kiss me quick and many more.
After the success of “Behind Bars”, LyricalWanzam quickly went to work in the studio which resulted in him releasing his first solo project titled”Afropolytank” . The album was an instant hit and has since gone to receive positive reviews throughout Ghana and beyond. “Afropolitank is an eclectic and conscious hip hop album , with positive themes and concepts but delivered with witty, funny and intricate punchlines and metaphors in pidgin and a mixture of various Ghanaian dialects. The album is currently available in stores in Accra and also on-line for download.
In 2012, Wanzam signed a recording contract with Cryme Records, a music label which also houses artists bra Kevin Beats, Greenfield, Looney the TKR and Bobie de Bzo. Currently working on his second studio project on a joint album collaboration with Looney TKR titled “Extremely Looney” which is
scheduled for July 2013 release.

In February 2013, Wanzam and Cryme Records will première his first music video for the smash hit single “For Sheygey Reasons” with M.anifest. Other video projects include, Cat to the Chase, insert sim and mind your own business, singles from his debut solo album “Afropolitank”.
