Better late than never, finally Ghanaian beat producers will be celebrated for the pivotal role they play in sustaining the Ghana music industry

The statement emphasized that Ghanaian beat makers (producers) have evolved into strong brands and have become as popular as their clients (musicians), their contribution to the sustainability of music in Ghana cannot be over emphasized, they are the heartbeat of the music industry and it’s about time these brands are brought to the fore and applauded for their hard work and keeping music alive in Ghana.
Music they say is life but what happens when there are no elements of beats in music. This is what we asked ourselves and with a pleasant mind, we officially announce the staging of the debut edition of the Ghana Beats Awards to acknowledge Ghanaian beat producers. The statement added
Ghana Beats Awards will be an annual award event, packaged and aimed at discovering, acknowledging and celebrating Ghanaian beat makers.
A strategic partnership with Stokrush Ghana limited, a top notch research and strategic management company in Ghana as project advisors is expected to ensure it is a success.
This laudable initiative which will be launched this September has been highly applauded by industry stakeholders and will go a long way to boost the morale of Ghanaian beat producers.
