Elias Ewusi Essel who is professionally known as Donzy is a Ghanaian rapper in the music industry. He has been in the industry for sometime now and a few of his tracks you might have heard with the recent one being “Crusade” which features Kofi Kinaata.
The DuncWills Entertainment signed act had a one-on-one chat with GhanaNdwom.com and he made mention of him being “Flawless”. Well the word has a lot of meanings and I asked further his reason for the use of that word.
” “Flawless” is the title for a single i released sometime ago and record has no chorus in it. It was a non-stop rapflow to show everyone the style i have and the manner in which i delivered the punchlines is to scare all those who are feeling comfortable with the level now“, he sad.

“The musical journey has never been easy but whenever i step on stage to perform, the response shows that yes, I am the next big thing everyone needs to watch out for”, he asked. But in the Crusade he took a different style. No rapflows or punchlines in there. I asked if this won’t affect the brand he is building. The Tema based rapper responded in the affirmative with this statement, “o no no …me being a rapper doesn’t mean i should stick to only hard core rap music,one needs to explore u know. We wanted to do something different from what others are doing, the crusade was a track we did to challenge our creative abilities and we are glad our fans love it“.
