The rap game has taken different directions in the Ghanaian circle and the younger generation are not holding back from projecting the good name of Ghana. Over the weekend, Kojo Cue and Lil Shaker from the BBnZ Camp in South Africa for Lauryn Hills Miseducation 20th Anniversary Tour.
The 20,000 TicketPro Dome located in Johannesburg was the location for the event which was headlined by Lauryn Hill and Nas. “The Miseducation” album was released 20 years ago.
Pen and Paper as they are referred to by some folks in Ghana were one of the only two acts on bill to open the show. Lauryn Hill’s official tour DJ, DJ Reborn held the forth for Kojo and Shaker. Check out some of of the videos here.
This event was organized by Big Concerts and Live Nations. The duo have found a new set of love as social media responses have been crazy.
