“Most women are facing a problem where some ‘big men’ try to take advantage of them before they make an entrance into the industry. We should just give them the chance without doing so. Most of them are single women who want to make a living out of their dreams. We should just give them the chance. There should be a balance between them and the men, at least 60 to 40 percent” Kofi Mole lamented.
A large part of the Industry players will favor him as this has dependably been a noteworthy issue for the women who want to get involved in the Music Industry.
