Ghana’s biggest and highly-valued record producer, Benjamin Garzy Mensah, famously known as, Mix Master Garzy has been adjudged PRODUCER OF THE YEAR at the 2021 Ghana Music Awards UK.
The colorful event happened on Saturday, October 9 at the Royal Regency in North London making it the 5th edition of the awards scheme since its inception.
The iconic producer over the years has won numerous esteemed musical awards including Best Music Producer – Ghana Entertainment Awards both in 2017 and 2019, Best Music Producer – Ghana Music Awards, South Africa (2018) and Best Music Producer – MTN Hitmaker Reality Show in 2019.
The Ghana Music Awards UK is a yearly musical event that has been designed to demonstrate a rich culture with a colourful exhibition of what defines the story of Ghanaian music from the traditional Adowa and Kpanlogo, Highlife, Hiplife, Afro beats, Reggae/Dancehall and Gospel.
