MzVee, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie have made the Ghanaian music industry proud as they have bagged a nomination in the same category at the 10th Nigeria Entertainment Awards which will be held soon. The Lynx Entertainment dancehall queen, Burninton Music Group dancehall crooner and SarkCess Rap heavyweight are in the contention to win the Best African Artiste Category.
They have competition from Eddy Kenzo (Uganda), Sauti Sol (Kenya), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania) and AKA from South Africa. The awards which has a Nigerian theme is an annual entertainment awards scheme which is held in the United States of America as it has the sole purpose of celebrating and recognizing the efforts of the entertainers in the African entertainment industry. This awards shows appreciation them in a large way which will keep them progressing higher and higher.
