Xali Hali is one of the well-groomed and organically nurtured Ghanaian female singers launching herself professionally unto the music scene.
She was raised in a mission house where she sang at church during her basic school days at John Teye Memorial School; one of the acknowledged music schools based in Accra, Ghana. She had huge interest in Science and wanted to be a scientist or pharmacist but her passion for music always outweighed that dream and every other thing.
She played with Knii Lante and the Big Hills Band before veering towards her solo career. She has played at different events from 2014 when she decided to take it professionally.
She has played on the Annual Kuchoko Festival with Blakk Rasta, Tumantu Arts Festival, Chalewote Street Arts Festival, among others. She’s played with Samini, Knii Lantey, Afro Moses, Blakk Rasta etc.
She got popular on the screens when she went into “MTN Hitmaker 6” Competition, one of her best experiences that propelled her to get signed on to Kinmosa Investment Limited after she came as 3rd Runner Up after the competition.
She drops her first official single, plus other stringed projects soon under this new Management.

BBnZ Live label duo Shaker and Ko-Jo Cue have announced their second joint concert following their successful ‘Pen N Paper’ album concert held last year.
The concert dubbed ‘Shaker vs Ko-Jo Cue’ is set to be one of the biggest and best end-of-year concerts on the showbiz calendar.
First of its kind in Ghana show business, the new school rap powerhouses will pull from their expansive catalogue, and treat fans to old and new songs alike, as they battle it out with each other with support from their respective crews made up of other music heavyweights.

Okyeame Kwame’s Children Out With Single, ‘Read’
Sir Bota and Sante, children of celebrated Ghanaian rapper Okyeame Kwame have released their much-awaited song about reading.
The song titled ‘Read’ is part of a huge project that will see the kids engage in reading sessions which will be shared across various social media platforms.
The objective of this is to inculcate the spirit of reading among children and the general public.
The song and its video were launched on September 25, 2018 at the British Council in Accra.
This project is part of celebrating the National Reading Day, a project by Worldreader, an NGO, in collaboration with Amazon and Ministry of Education.
On September 1, 2018, the Canadian government through the Canadian Organisation for Development through Education (CODE), a Canadian Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in partnership with Ghana Book Trust, also made the Okyeame Kwame a reading ambassador.
He is required to use his influence to drive their new campaign dubbed ‘Read With Me.’
Speaking at the launch, Sir Bota acknowledged how his father’s appointment as Reading Ambassador influenced their new project.

“My papa Okyeame Kwame was made reading ambassador not long ago. This got my sister Sante and I excited because it is a big part of what he encourages us to do always,” he said.
He mentioned how useful reading is and the need for parents to read with their children.

featured on their father’s song ‘Saucing.’
