One of Ghana’s young and prolific uprising artistes QuabenaDom is poised to take the mainstream by storm.
Known in real life as Dominic Kwabena Baffoe Tawiah, the Afropop and Highlife songwriter got into music when he could barely write at the age of 8, playing conga for the church.
However, his real discovery and passion for music bloomed when he joined at choir as a bass singer and a drummer.
Ever since then, QuabenaDom has lived for music, nurturing unique mechanisms in which he could portray his type of music to the world.
Although its not been a rosy way for him as an upcoming artiste, QuabenaDom has been able to record a few notable songs with top acts like Guru and Sarkodie but due to previous poor management deals he wasn’t able to push such singles to the mainstream scene.
Now backed by Big Yab Entertainment, QuabnaDom is ready to unleash his full potential onto the music market and with three new singles under his sleeves he will stop at nothing until his dream becomes a reality.
His new singles, titled ‘’Tomaroma Love’’, ‘’Mema Wate Ase3’’ were both produced by ace engineer Oteng and ‘’We 4 Love’’ produced by Amony Kay mixed by Eddy Kay.
Inspired by some of the new school top acts, he would love to work with Ghana’s man of the moment Stonebwoy and if opportunity presents itself do a collabo with the living legend himself Obrafour.
Focused fully on making a niche for himself in his beloved country Ghana, QuabnDom also has an eye for international appeal and would love to go beyond border and work with the likes of PSquare, DonJazzy, 2Face, Burna Boi, MI Abaga and Davido.
