Novermber 21, will go down the history book of Ghana music as a bloody Thursday, as one of the legends of Hiplife, Ronnie Coches of Buk Bak fame departed from us.
Ronnie until his untimely death was a member of Ghana’s trendsetting group Buk Bak made up of Prince Bright Sparkles and Shoetan (who later left the group).
The 36year old energetic man’s death occurred on the dawn of Thursday, November 21 a after a short heart attack and been admitted Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Accra where he was undergoing treatment.
Eighteen years in music, surviving the breakup and the makeup of Buk Bak. Memories of him includes the “dirty” slap to Samini for claiming to be the Dancehall King.
