Vekon Bakery, one of the largest bakeries in Ghana has also joined the fight against COVID-19 pandemic to donate some relief items to 2 health facilities in the South Tongu District.
The items which included sanitizers, soaps, toiletries, et al. The items were presented to the District Hospital and Comboni Hospitals which are both located in Sogakofe. The items were received by Administrators of both health facilities – Mr. Adolph Bansah (Administrator, Comboni Hospital) and Dr. Ahmed (Sogakofe District Hospital).
Vekon Bakery is located in Sogakofe in the Volta Region of Ghana. The Region was publicized to have recorded at least 7 cases of the pandemic earlier this week.
