Afriyie - I Do

 

 

Afriyie was the lead vocal of Wutah  a Ghanaian musical duo composed of Afriyie and Kobby. They sang in Ga, Twi and English. They won many awards with their hit songs like Big dreams, Kotosa, Goose Gander, Yenkoto Adonko, Burning Desire etc.

In the year 2010 there was a split and they individually carried on with their music, that gave birth to the name Afriyie Wutah. Frank Kojo Osei Afriyie a.k.a Afriyie Wutah is a talented singer, songwriter and performer born in Accra.

He kicked off his singing career in his early twenties when he recorded his first song with his then colleague but still a friend Wutah Kobby. He went on to record several songs, this was just a stint, that earned him a remarkable deal of encouragement and recognition from family, his church and other artistes.

Years later in 2011, with a new stage name, and a passion for making music a  God-given talent, Afriyie Wutah got back into the studio to hone his craft.

He came out with some few hit singles which has a tremendous style of his love life such as Love of My Life and Everlasting Love.

His two solo songs earned him an award and nomination in 2012 and  2013 respectively. Afriyie Wutah is out again with two hit singles Tontonti and I Do which when listened to tells how musically inclined he is and how blessed we are to have an artist of his caliber who can always touch our lives with his songs.

This two hit songs he believes is going to make airwaves and create great impact. His performance at the 2014 Legend and Legacy ball  was full of energy coupled with his sweet melodic voice which he is known for.
