New hip life duo Alpha has finally released the first single “Me Pe Wo Saa” off their upcoming album due next year.
Alpha is made of Ratty and Itchy who realized years back that Ratty’s singing and Itchy’s rap when combined could be a new sound Ghanaians would appreciate
“Alpha means beginning and we as a group with years of chasing this music dream know for sure this is a new dawn for Ghana music as we bring nothing but well-crafted music to all music lovers. We cut across all genres and we are a work in progress that will never stale.” Don Ratty said.
Itchy added “We as musicians have got rhythms and rhymes in abundance and willing to share. We have great stories to tell and this is not a one hit wonder case where people will enjoy just one song from us and we vanish. We are here to stay.”
“Me Pe Wo Saa” features award winning group Praye and has a video in the works to support their first single titled ‘Drive Me Crazy featuring Mugeez (R2Bees)’ which is currently enjoying heavy rotation on radio nationwide.
