The Dansoman based artiste; Benjamin The Kid hails from Ejisu in the Ashanti Region. He started music officially in 2014 after Senior high school and made a name for himself in the Urban Gospel circles but re branded in 2016 to have a more contemporary appeal.
He set up his own studio (Prime Studios) at age 21 in with Tonio, a fellow artist and works from there from monday to saturday. He doubles as a beat maker and mixing and mastering engineer, something he began in 2012. From the ‘Prime Studios’, Benjamin The Kid releases the song “I No Dey Play”, which basically talks about getting what is yours, being serious with your hustle and life in general.
Using jargon more related to street culture, Benjamin The Kid, Fred The 3RD and Tonio try to motivate the youth to hustle both physically and mentally to build themselves both inwardly and outwardly, avoid distractions and build themselves. Download free music below and get inspired.
