Fatau Keita to our music family. We have officially signed a publishing and management agreement with the artiste making him the newest member of our music family. His set of skills, passion for the music, extensive live performance experience and perspective of African music would be an asset to our musical team. These attribute we hope to harness and enrich for the artiste to reaching another level artistically and musically, while maintaining the joy of being a part of our music family. 
ARTIST PROFILE
Ghanaian Singer and Songwriter Fatau Keita a native of the Dagomba, blends traditional Dagamba music like “Simpaa” with highlife and takes inspiration from his musical Heroes like Salif Keita and Youssou N’Dour. He is a unique vocalist, Guitarist and Percussionist with an amazing musical expression and intense live stage performance, and can be described as “the new sensation of Africa”. Fatau’s music points us to alternative routes of musical inspiration and appropriation in Ghana to those of the exclusively Highlife, Afrobeat, Funk, Soul, Reggae, Hip Hop and Dancehall elements in popular music most musicians embrace. Fatau and his band’s vibrant live performances provide an even stronger experience of another superb example of “young pan-African pop music” that promisingly binds tradition in modernity. His maiden album (Selina) is being distributed by PAM in Germany and also available at music retailers and in most digital music services online like iTunes, MSN Music, and others. The Selina Album continues to sell well on international market, and the music continues to receive consistent radio airplay. Management wishes to entreat all fans and music enthusiast to watch out for our new young vibrant artiste with his Naawuni Bie Band an addition to our stock of energetic talented artistes. We officially welcome our “African World Musician” to the Speech Production Family.
