Riohs Originate Company Limited has established itself as the ultimate Fashion School in Ghana for providing excellent tuition in Fashion Design and Illustration in just six months. The Company is credited and noted for starting the six (6) months course in Fashion Design and Illustration in Ghana some ten (10) years ago.

After the President of Ghana closed all schools and suspended public events to stop the spread of coronavirus as a string of African nations imposed tighter restrictions to stem the spread of the global pandemic; Ghana’s topmost fashion school, Riohs Originate, have taken center stage shifting to online learning as the alternative in an effort to slow the spread of the disease while ensuring that students stay on track.

In addressing clear engaging learning objectives, the school has broken learning into smaller portions and has included virtual meetings, live chats or video tutorials to maintain a human connection with the students for them to get full value while away from class.

The students confirmed the process is excellent and has improved lecturer-students relationship, the only setback the students had was lack of data. This is a novel initiative by the institution. Data consumption was a concern for the students but in all this, there is archiving of class activities for students to revisit with their tablets, computers, and phones at their comfort. This initiative by Ghana’s best fashion school winner, Riohs Originate, must be emulated by other fashion institutions in the country to help learning process in this pandemic period.

The Company is expanding and impacting the lives of many Ghanaians who have chosen Fashion Design as a career. Riohs Originate is the first Fashion School in Ghana to provide a six months course in Fashion Design and Illustration has trained notable personalities within the fashion industry both in Ghana and within the West African sub-region who have successfully completed and set up studios providing excellent services to numerous clients. Countless students each year now study creative and visual arts at Riohs Originate since the Company is the preferred Fashion School in Ghana.

The album is categorized into three – prayer songs, worship songs and songs of praise. And these are meant to satisfy the diverse interest of gospel lovers.

As one of the best contestants in Stars of the Future Reality Show much was expected from Jayana after the competition but she decided to take a break in music at a point.

Her inability to advance in her music career was because she and her team were novices in the industry.

She took a break to learn more about music and set up her personal business to support her music career.

Jayana announced her comeback into the music space when she was signed on to DAVEJOY Music Records in December 2018 [Record label owned Joyce Blessing’s Husband] and released a new song titled VICTORY in 2019 featuring Joyce Blessing.

Mugeez – Chihuahua (Official Video)

Mugeez – Chihuahua (Official Video)

Chief Executive Officer of Extrial Music Records, Rashid Mugeez known in the music scene as Mugeez of R2Bees is ready with the visuals of his recently released single dubbed ‘Chihuahua’.

The song which is released under his own record label, Extrial Music is a mid-tempo contemporary high life jam produced by Zodivc, the official video was directed and shot by David Duncan and it stars the ‘Sisa’ hitmaker, King Promise.

Mugeez says the song was inspired by his life experiences, “I tell my stories through my music and ‘Chihuahua’ is one of those events”. The romantic vibe of ‘Chihuahua’ drags its listener in and for sure is replay-material.

‘Chihuahua’ which is his first single in 2020, was pre-released on March 13, 2020, and officially releases on March 27, 2020, on all digital music shops and on Extrial Music’s YouTube Channel. The title of the song best describes the dog breed Chihuahuas who are not inherently shivery, shaky or scared. They are Alert, projecting the ‘terrier-like’ attitudes of self- importance, confidence and self-reliance. Mugeez described his imaginary lover to a Chihuahua

Mugeez‘s unique voice is loved by Afrobeats fans all over the world and ‘Chihuahua’ is another first-class example of his excellence which is a warm-up to his about to be released Solo EP this year. “I will be releasing a couple of singles which are not same as the ones on the EP before dropping the main tape at the latter part of this year.”

The video for ‘Chihuahua’ showcases the landscape of Tema, in the outskirts of Accra, with a colourful and creative setup. The idea for the video came from Mugeez himself, who wanted to include models as a representation of the choices the protagonist of the song “Chihuahua” has. But it is actually the wooden statue he is in love with, who unfortunately is the one not seeming to listen to him.

He revealed that “2020 will be the year to establish my solo career, while continuously working on R2Bees projects. There are quite a few big projects lined up and I can’t wait to show my fans a whole new side of me.”

Obour Shares Statement On The Death Of His Father, Nana Osei Boansi Kuffour

With sadness and a heavy heart I announce the death of Nana Osei Boansi Kuffour my biological father.

Nana returned from UK on 19th March after his yearly visit to the family. Upon his return he was fine but began coughing on Sunday 22nd.

We arranged for his blood sample to be tested and he tested positive for malaria.
We began treatment for malaria but his condition got worse. We arranged to bring him to Accra to be tested for Covid 19 at Ridge Hospital on Wednesday. They informed us that his report will be ready on Friday but we should keep him in quarantine which we did.

On thursday night he had extreme difficulty with breathing so we called the Ambulance service and informed them of his condition. We told them the patient has tested for COVID 19 and awaiting his results so they should come along with appropriate apparel.

The ambulance team took him to Ridge Hospital around 11pm on thursday March 26. We informed the health team at Ridge of his condition and also informed them he had earlier taken a test for Covid and awaiting results.

Late this afternoon , the Drs informed us that he is likely to be a confirmed Covid case and as such we should take steps to do a contact trace and quarantine ourselves. Sadly he passed on this evening.

Under the circumstances I understand nobody can come over to pay their respects and commiserate with our family as we are all on a 14 Day quarantine though I and my assistant who had close contact with him have both tested negative as at today.

These are the true facts about my fathers demise.
