Off the yet to be released Album “Refuse to Be Broke (Da Revolution II)” is a brand new banger by the Tema base Hiplife/Hiphop duo R2Bees. The pre-album single is titled ‘Its Alright’ and with this single, fans and patrons of the Refuse to be Broke brand are assured of an everlasting smile as everything is perceived to be okay after it release.
Has confirmed, Da Revolution II album has a packed collection hits from a variety of genres and is definitely an improvement of the R2bees we know. With the roman numeric ‘double I’, this marks the duo’s second album. Songs like Sweat and Rainy Day will thrill fans after it album launch on Friday.
Just like the Revolution I, the album is made up of seventeen (17) tracks and it features hit songs like Bayla and Life ‘Walahi’. On Friday, the 29th of March, the most anticipated album ‘Da Revolution II’ will be launched at the Silver Lounge, Accra Mall at 1pm.
Information reaching our front desk has it that, thirteen musicians from Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa have showed interest in remixing the hit single, Life ‘Wahala’ but as it stands only Wizkid has been given the right to copy the song. In an interview with the duo’s manager, he confirmed the report but said eleven and not thirteen musicians. And as to if Wizkid will be remixing the song, he decided not to let the cat out but said, “The remix features a foreign art and will be dropping down soon!”
