As Samini readies to drop his 7th album, he seems to be making some major strides on the quiet with some new global breaks.
Samini gets featured on Europe’s biggest Reggae Channel, Reggaeville, with his version of the Reggae Sax Riddim titled “Obimbra”. The “Obimbra” song he did as a campaign song against sexual and domestic violence had a great approbation from fans to corporate bodies for standing up with such an initiative through music.
The Reggae Sax Medley video features some of the top Reggae acts of today, namely Lutan Fyah, Jah Cure, Samini, Charlie Clips, DNA & Taranchyla, Ras Demo, Devano, Sizzla Kalonji, Eazi Money, J-Rile, Turbulence, Powerman, Slick Sax & Fidel Nadal.
The riddim compilation has been featured on BBC 1 Xtra, Sirius XM Radio, and other major radio stations worldwide and street dances in Jamaica.
The riddim cut was produced by Reggae Vibes Music. Mixed in Kingston Jamaica at Shaggy’s affiliated Big Yard studios.
