Stonebwoy Road Show

The reigning artiste of the year Stonebwoy is not yet done with showing appreciation to his fans for the continuous support they have given to him in helping crown his as the best in Ghana. On the 15th of May which was a Friday, they was a road show which was organized by Burninton Music Group in collaboration which Coca Cola Ghana and the show was scheduled to run through some selected neighborhoods in Accra. The show was much publicized and the fans were highly in anticipation of it as they waited patiently for the arrival of the team.

This event was a prelude to the main album launch which will be held on the 16ith of May at the Trade Fair Center La in Accra. The show which was scheduled to run through the principal streets of Accra Newtown, Kasoa, Madina, Osu, Teshie-Nungua and Ashaiman amongst others made the first stop at Madina Zongo Junction at 9am where hundreds of loyal fans came out to show their love and support for the Bhimnation president Stonebwoy and the whole team.

The love from Madina made the team wasted more time than the usual hours meant to be spent at each location. From Madina, the train headed straight to Newtown and made a stop at Newtown Old Shell Filling Station, there saw thousands of indigenens from the area who in one way or the other expressed their heartfelt love for Stonebwoy choosing their locality as one of the stopping point for the road show. A couple of performances went down and the love was crazy. Quickly, the show was wrapped up there in Newtown and the team headed to Osu where they made the next stop.

The story wasn’t any different there either. The streets was filled with love despite the ban on noise making in the area. From Osu, the next stop was Teshie-Nungua and it was crazy. Right from there, the train headed straight to the artiste’s home grounds – that is Ashaiman and made a stop at the Mandela Park. The love, support and passion in the eyes of the fans was just overwhelming and made the whole show looked like it was the main album launch concert.

The support from other artistes throughout the show in every location they made a stop was just phenomenon. Acts like DXD, Ijudah, Boystif amongst others showed up to support their brother Stonebwoy to make the show a successful one. Once again I doff ma hat for the Bhimnation Road Manager Blakk Cedi – the engine beside the team for a marvelous work done. In all, Coca Cola Ghana, the media houses, PY Addo Boateng of YFM and others did a fantastic job for putting it all together.
