It is about that time of the academic year again as the Inter-Hall Christian Fellowship (IHCF) is welcoming all freshers to campus in the love and peace of God under its perennial festivity, #Akwaabafest.
Akwaabafest is a festival of music, drama, spoken word, intercession and the undiluted Word with the common goal of welcoming freshers to a new phase in life; specifically to the KNUST campus.
The broader periscope this festival is looking through has extended its branches to accommodate continuing students by welcoming them also to a New Academic Year in a like manner. Simply put, this festival is targeted at every single person on the KNUST campus and beyond.

Onto the experience — There will be the honorable presence of the reigning Gospel Artist of the year, Joe Mettle and his band, accompanied by a host of seasoned and spiced ministers as they minister unto the house.
Also there in God’s glory is Rev. Abraham Janson Allenchery and his associate minister from America, Pastor Godfred Bonnah-Nkansah, the Executive Director of PHANET and Dr. George Wilfred Arthur.
Intriguingly, AKWAABAFEST is not a night’s wonder. It is a two-day unconventional glorious festivity in the presence of God happening at the Great Hall, KNUST, on 14th and 15th September. As to what actually goes on these nights, you should make a date and pass through yourself.
Need we say more? Be a participant of this experience and not just a spectator. Do not wish you could be there… BE THERE!
