Sarkoholics

On March 7, 2015, Sarkoholics would embark on a trip dubbed “Sarked Out On Wheels”. Sarkoholics, apart from being the fan army for rapper Sarkodie , is also a coalition of young, vibrant and passionate group of people bound by a common mindset of success, aimed at supporting positive change in the world.

The Sarkoholics movement is gradually gaining international recognition as Channel “O” once released a statement on social media to commend the efforts of the movement. Hence, it is not out of place to create an event which would leave a lasting impression on the minds of passionate “Sark fans”, and to support the trending brand of Sarkodie.

Sarked Out On Wheels”, as the main event is a road trip structured to set off from Accra to Cape Coast, specifically Kakum National Park and Tills No1 Beach Resort. The departure time for this said trip is 8am and all participating fans will congregate or convene at the Accra mall parking lot. This trip is structured purposely for Sarkodie’s fans in the tertiary institutions nationwide. Each and every one is to pay an amount of ghc60 to have legal access on board. All participants or fans get to enjoy free breakfast and refreshments.

Setting off from the Accra mall, there will be a 30 minutes skype call on all the buses so fans of Sarkodie can have interacting moments with him. Secondly, there will be a full video profiling of the Sarkcess Team and any other persons who have worked with Sarkodie in the past and present. This session is named #fanswannaknow. Fans will then enjoy and earlier recorded video session of sarkodie answering all questions they ask on twitter. #asksarkodie.

Kwame Kennedy, one of the organizers of the trip added, “We will make our first stop at the Kakum National Park, where fans will have access to the canopy walk and enjoy some other facilities. We will return to the beach resort after some few hours and party on the beach. Here at the beach resort, there will be much fan and socialization among the fans of Sarkodie. Some surprises from Sarkodie and the Sark Collections and more exciting moments you can think of. After hours of merry making, we will drive back to Accra and continue with an after party at the Rockstones Office till day break.”
