The fashion event which is scheduled to take place on April 1 at the Banquet Hall at the State House in Accra will be featuring performances from some of the crème de la crème of Ghana’s music industry, including Sarkodie, M.anifest, Efya, MzVee, Bisa Kdei, Akwaboa, Praye, Cina Soul and a host of others.

Wutah will be sharing the stage for the first time after the group broke up some seven years ago.

Wutah, made up of Daniel Morris (Risky or Wutah Kobby) and Frank Osei (Papa Virus or PV), went their separate ways in 2010.

The group Wutah, a Hausa word for fire, was formed some five years before it broke up.

The two came into the limelight when they placed second to Praye during the maiden edition of the Nescafé Africa Revelation music competition in Accra.

They wowed the music scene at the time with their releases and won several laurels, including, highlife song of the year and reggae song of the year at Ghana Music Awards.

Music fans have definitely missed the group’s performances. Its upcoming performance is anticipated to be the highlight of the fashion event.

“Watch out for Wutah. They will be performing,” KOD confirmed on Tuesday.
