The fast-rising popular America-based Disc joker DJ Wyse has been honored with 4 outstanding nominations at this year’s Adonko Ghana Music Awards, the USA chapter. This is indeed to commend his stupendous work over the years. The versatile Disc Joker who has consistently treated his fans with good music has undoubtedly done a great job putting Ghana on the map with his amazing works.
Adonko Ghana Music Awards-USA is a people’s choice annual awards scheme organized by Don’s Music Production and Highlife Media aimed at promoting, encouraging, and awarding Ghanaian musicians in the diaspora. The maiden edition was held on October 10, 2020, at Atlantic City in New Jersey where Sarkodie was crowned the winner for the artiste of the year and Nana NYC as the US Based Artiste of the year.
DJ Wyse has been nominated for the ‘Best US Based Entertainment M.C/DJ of the Year’, ‘Best International Collaboration of the Year’, ‘US-Based Video of the Year’, and ‘US-Based Discovery Act of the Year’.
DJ Wyse’s ear warming ‘Trapping’ where he features Sarp Gee, Uzi Babe, and Bizell is the song being recognized as the ‘International Collaboration of the Year’ while his much talked about single ‘Mame Sanka’ which brought his versatility and hard work to bare won him the nomination for ‘Video of the Year’. .
